This black-and-white photo of a portrait of Jonny Quest was created by Doug Wildey sometime in the 1960s. His first version was probably created in 1963, which when many of the pre-production drawings for the series were made. A hand-written note from Doug indicates he re-drew this shot later and it was used for publicity, including the cover of a 1965 local television guide. We know a lot less about the photo of Dr. Quest below, but the style is unmistakably Doug Wildey's and we're sure it's from the same time period the Jonny artwork above.

Below is a 1964 ABC-TV Press Release photo that had an ABC-TV Press release descriptor on back, on ABC-TV letterhead, dated 10/2/64, for the upcoming 10/23/64 Jonny Quest show entitled "Calcutta Adventure."
